- Download the month CSV file using your mobile phone(instead of flow dash, this is for formatting reasons).
- Email the file to yourself so you can open the file on a computer. Go to your computer and download the file.
- Open Excel or google sheets.
- Select file then select import. Select upload file and find the CSV file, import it.
- There will be a list of dates and amounts.
- Right click or double Click the number 1 next to the date column and select view more actions and select freeze row.
- Select all of row A and click formatting from the top menu and select numbers then date.
- Select both rows A and B and select from the tool bar a little icon that looks like a chart. it should say insert chart if you hover over it.
- Lastly you will want to create a total for the amount of gallons used so using the sum tool from the tool bar select a cell you want to show the total amount of gallons used that month and then multiple the total by the cost per gallon rate.
- You can download and email a copy to you tenants or make some small formatting changes and print the form out.
